About Horse Hollow Farm

Nestled in Vermont, Horse Hollow Farm is a quaint place that several animals call home.  We began our flock with three ewes and two rams, and the new additions have yet to stop!  The sheep reside in barns with a fenced in area where they are free to graze on our lush green fields at any time.  Sometimes, we even spoil our sheep and let them roam our property.  I just have to be sure they do not find their way over to our gardens and feast on anything from lettuce to irises.  We have our animals regularly seen by the veterinarian and we are a voluntary member of the Vermont Scrapie Program - a program designed to ensure the health and well-being of our breeding stock.

In addition to our sheep, we have our 3 mares, 1 Jersey bull, 2 Muscovy ducks, and several chickens that love to keep us busy.  Two of the mares are Morgan horses, and one is a Morgan Draft.  And our chickens routinely lay between six to 11 eggs a day!

On occasion, we do have visitors such as turkey, moose, and beautiful birds.  At times, we even get to see the rare Luna Moth, pictured here on one of our barn doors.
